This
warranty is provided only for products purchased
from authorized dealers of Targa Hong Kong
Limited (hereinafter called Targa). |

| 2) |
Targa
warrant products to be free from manufacturer's
defects for a specified period.
|
|
|
| 3) |
Within
the specified warranty period, Targa will
repair or replace non consumable parts (excluding
casing, cosmetic parts, accessories, batteries,
cable and consumable) that are damaged under
normal use (by judgement of Targa) at no additional
charge. |

| 4) |
The
warranty is invalid in the following cases: |
|
a.
|
Out
of warranty products. |
|
b.
|
The
product is modified without Targa approval. |
|
c. |
Obvious
attack of appearance whatever it is. |
|
d.
|
The
product is subjected to unusual physical
or electrical stress, including physical
damage, burnt components and broken connectors.
|
|
e.
|
Dead
pixels of LCD panels are classified as wear
and tear and it is acceptable for up to
5 pixels.
|
|
f.
|
The
serial number label is removed or altered. |
|
|
| 5) |
Please keep the warranty card and present
it together with the official invoice to
our technician during each service. Otherwise,
Targa reserve the right of not providing
free warranty during the warranty period.

|
| 6)
|
The
customer is responsible for returning the
defective product at his own expense.
|
|
|
| 7) |
The warranty peroid is calculated from the
date of invoice of the product. Warranty service
is valid in HKSAR only. |
